Shipping

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders that consist only "in-stock" items will take up to 3-5 days to process. 
Pre-order shipping is a case-by-case process as we must depend on the manufacturer and grade them. Usually will ship out within 2-3 weeks after pre-orders are closed. Follow our IG for updates.

All orders will include a tracking - a tracking # will be sent to you as soon as we process your order. Once you receive your tracking number, it might take another day or two before it gets picked up by the post office.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do send our items internationally. Please note that we are located in the US, so shipping costs outside of the US will cost a little more. 

International orders will come with limited tracking (tracking usually halts with it leaves the US.)

RETURN POLICY

We do not issue any returns. If you've ordered our product, but we haven't shipped them yet, you can contact us to get a refund. But we do not issue refunds once the products have been sent.


DAMAGES/ISSUES

Once orders arrive, please inspect your order. If there are any items that are defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact me right away so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only valid for 7 days after package has arrived to you.
