THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE A RELEASE - DAY OF:
The shop will go "under construction" around 15 mins before a drop. Please refresh at the time that the drop was announced for.
Typically, any items other than the Wallets will be available for everyone to purchase. They don't normally sell out as fast.
Wallets do tend to sell out pretty fast since they are in limited quantities.
❀ Wallet Pre-Orders have sold out in around 2 - 30 mins. It just depends on the demand of the design at the time.
❀ Wallet In-Stocks depends as well.. sometimes 30 mins - days before selling out.
WHAT DO PRE-ORDERS MEAN?
PRE-ORDERS are designs/items that can be purchased prior to the production period. Pre-orders are funded by customers so that I am able to fulfill the production requirements. If the minimum order quantity isn't met, then a refund will be issued back to your original form payment. Once the minimum has been reached, the manufacturing process will start and then will be sent out to you!
WHY SHOULD I JOIN A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-orders will help guarantee that the items will be able to be produced - if there are not enough orders, the designs will not go into production.

HOW LONG IS THE PRE-ORDER/PRODUCTION PERIOD?
❀ Most pre-order periods will take 2-3 weeks (or until all the slots have been filled). Depending on the demand, some merch will sell out of pre-order slots quicker than others.
❀ Pre-orders typically take from 1-2 months before they can get shipped out to you. Please check UPDATES to get the latest progress updates on your merch item.
❀ Once the shipment from the manufacturer has arrived to us, it will take about 1-2 weeks until it arrives on your door steps. This includes grading, packaging, and dropping it off at the mailers.

CAN I JUST ORDER WHEN YOU HAVE THEM IN-STOCK?
Yes, you most definitely can! BUT in-stock items are what's left after pre-orders are sent out. This could mean that there might only be B or C GRADE merch left in inventory. The website will be updated about 1-2 weeks after pre-orders are sent out and will keep you updated!
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY GRADING AND HOW ARE THEY GRADED?
No matter how hard I try, there will always be some merch received from the manufacturer with defects (usually only a very few). So once I receive a shipment, I'll take about a day or two to look over them and make sure that there's nothing wrong with them before I package them and ship them out to you! Here's how each is categorized:
❀ A GRADE - Very little to no flaws. If there are any flaws, it is barely noticeable unless closely inspected - dust scratches, plating imperfections, etc.
❀ B GRADE - Slightly more noticeable flaws. Still wearable and look good, but may have a dent, scratch, or misalignment that is barely noticeable.
❀ C GRADE - Flaws are pretty visible, it's not the best, but also not trash.
As much as I'd hate to see merchandise have defects so that everyone can get an A GRADE quality merchandise, it is something that cannot be controlled. All merchandise is made in handmade factories and cannot always be perfect.
